We attended as a family, having three appointments. The service we received was excellent from the reception staff to the optometrist. My son is autistic and the staff dealt with him perfectly, making him feel comfortable and at ease resulting in a successful eye test. A very positive experience.

I think recommendations towards certain glasses could be improved, especially concerning thinner lenses, I was advised about this from the optometrist but not the sales advisor without having to prompt her.

Very friendly staff, incredibly helpful. Didn't discuss contact lenses, but I did state that I prefer glasses over the idea of contact lenses.
